The Apex U15's played Lurgan in a League fixture in the Lisburn League. The first have was evenly contested with both sides defences on top which gave a 0-0 score at the interval. The second half was end to end action which produced six goals of which four were scored by the Sky Blues with Lurgan responding with two.

Saturday 11th March
The Apex U15 squad played Loughside this week in the Lisburn League. The first half was closely contested with the Sky Blues going into the break 1-0 ahead through Kenny Grealey. Loughside started strongly in the second period and 3 quick goals put them in control of the game. In the closing minutes Loughside added another goal to their tally to seal the win on the day.

Saturday 25th February
This week’s Lisburn League fixture for the Sky Blues U15 squad was against Sunnyside. The Sky Blues started well in this game and found themselves 2 goals ahead by the interval. In the second period Sunnyside pulled a goal back but any chance of a comeback was ruled out when the Apex side scored three times to deservedly win the game. Special mention in this match goes to Curtis Jones who scored a hat trick in this game.

Saturday 18th February
It was Ballymena who provided the opposition for the Apex U15 squad in a Lisburn League fixture. The Sky Blues took control of this game early in the first period with goals from Kenny Grealey and Nathan Gray. The Sky Blues kept possession of the ball for long periods while Ballymena were doing most of their work off the ball. As the game entered its closing stages Ballymena pulled a goal back but this proved to be only a consolation as the Sky Blues ran out worthy winners.

Saturday 21st January
The Apex U15 squad opponents on Saturday was provided by Greenisland. The Sky Blues side had 4 key players unavailable for this game but the remainder of the squad that was available gave a good account of themselves. Both sides attempted to get the ball down as much as possible which lead to a good game to watch. Greenisland showed their strength going forward and the Apex defence had to be at their best to keep their opponents lively attack at bay. A goal in each half secured the win for Greenisland in a game that was played in both a competitive and sporting manner which was a credit to both sets of players.

Saturday 26th November
The Sky Blues Under 15’s played Ards in what turned out to be a thrilling game for all those spectating. This game was end to end with both sides attacking at every opportunity. In a close first period the Sky Blues took a 1-0 advantage into the interval which was probably a fair reflection of the first half play. In the second half both defences had their work cut out as the goalscoring went back and forward between the two sides. At the end of an entertaining game it was the Sky Blues who came out the 4-3 winners of which overall they deserved for the hard work and commitment that they had put into the game. Unfortunately the result was overshadowed with the news that Stephen Craig suffered a broken ankle in the game which will keep him out of action for a number of weeks and the best wishes of all the Under 15 squad and all those associated with Apex Sky Blue send Stephen their sincere best wishes for a speedy recovery.

The Apex Sky Blues Under 15 squad played Hillsborough in a Shield fixture in the Lisburn League. In an exciting first half both side went in level after attacking at every opportunity at 2-2. In a closely contested second half chance were limited but it was Hillsborough who made the best of theirs and won the game with a well taken goal midway through the half.

Saturday 29th October
It was Hillsborough providing the opposition for the Under 15 Apex side in the Lisburn League with the game taking place at Barbour. It was the Sky Blues who opened the scoring in this game only for the opposition to equalise before the break. In the second half it was Hillsborough who got on top and at the fulltime whistle they had won the game with a further 3 goals in the second half.

Saturday 22nd October
Barbour Playing Fields provided the venue for the Apex Under 15 squad for their Lisburn League game against Ards. The Sky Blues side took advantage of a good first half and sent themselves into the interval leading by 2-0. Two quick goals at the start of the second half more or less put the game safe for the Apex side although Ards came back strongly with two goals in the last five minutes of the match.

Saturday 8th October
It was Barbour playing fields that provided the venue for the Apex U15's game against Hollywood. This was a closely contested game which saw Hollywood open the scoring after 30 minutes paly in the first half. Both sides attacked at every opportunity which provided all those watching with a good entertaining game. The Sky Blues got stronger as the game went on and they were rewarded for their effort when Stephen Craig ran onto a defence splitting pass and slotted the ball past the keeper for the equaliser. Both sides went close with attempts for a winner but at the final whistle the honours and the points were shared.

Saturday 1st October
The Under 15's game was played in both a sporting and competitive manner with both sides playing good football at every opportunity. It was Banbridge who broke the deadlock midway through the first period only for the Sky Blues to pull level by halftime through a well taken goal by Curtis Jones. In the second period the game was end to end as both sides went in search of a winner. It was Banbridge who got their noses in front with 10 minutes remaining and as the Sky Blues pushed forward in search of another equaliser it was Banbridge who made the game safe with a goal on the counter attack to give a final score of 3-1.

Saturday 24th September
The Apex Under 15's match this week was against Lisburn Youth with Suffolk playing fields providing the venue. The scoreline in this fixture was an unfair reflection of the game itself. Both sides contributed to a well contested and sporting game with Lisburn looking the more dangerous in attack but with the Sky Blues posing a serious threat on the counter attack. The game was decided mainly on defensive errors made by the Sky Blues and to Lisburns credit good finishing when those errors were made. At the fulltime whistle Lisburn had scored on 5 occasions to give what would appear to be a comfortable win when in fact it was a lot closer than the score suggests.

Saturday 17th September
The Apex Under 15's match this week was against Loughgall with Wallace Park providing the venue. Loughgall started strongly in this game and the Apex defence found themselves to be under pressure early in the first half. The Loughgall attack was in great form as the produced efforts on the Apex goal from both the right and left sides with the Sky Blues mainly providing a threat on the counter attack. At the final whistle Loughgall had deservedly won the fixture through their good play throughout the team.

Saturday 10th September
After last week's opening win against Ballymena the Apex Sky Blues Under 15's started their game against Larne full of confidence. There was only 2 minutes on the clock when Gary Graham opened the scoring for the Sky Blues and they doubled their advantage soon after when Stephen Silverson scored a well struck free kick. The Sky Blues played good tem football in the first half which saw them strike the woodwork 3 times but as the half came to a close Larne got themselves a foothold in the game when they converted a penalty. The second half was similar to the first with the Sky Blues having most of the play and Larne being dangerous on the break. Ten minutes from time the result was put beyond doubt when Ryan Large renewed the Sky Blues 2 goal lead when he put the ball into the bottom corner of the Larne net after good work from Nathan Gray down the right side.

Saturday 3rd September
The Apex Sky Blues Under 15's started their league campaign when they played Ballymena at Lisburn Recreation. It was the Sky Blues who opened the scoring in this game when Curtis jones slotted the ball into the bottom corner of the net to give his side the advantage at halftime with a 1-0 scoreline. In the second half the Sky Blues went 2-0 ahead through a well taken goal by Kenny Grealey only for Ballymena to pull a goal back and set up an exciting finish. It was the Sky Blues who came through the stronger in the closing stages and after good play through the midfield they secured the win and the points when Ryan McAllister scored from 20yards out for the Sky Blues third goal of the game.
