GROUND REGULATIONS FOR DIXON PARK


1. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to the Ground or to eject from the Ground, any person who refuses to be searched by any servant or agent of the Club, or any Police Officer.

2. Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, knives, poles, or articles that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety are not permitted within the Ground.

3. The following are strictly forbidden within the Ground and offenders will be ejected from the Ground: 

a)     The throwing of object within the Ground, or onto the pitch or surrounding track. 

b)     The sustained use of foul and abusive language, or obscene chanting. 

c)     Racial or sectarian abuse towards any person. 

d)     Unauthorised entry onto the field of play or the surrounding track, except in an emergency.

4. The obstruction of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places is strictly forbidden.

5. The climbing of stands or any other structures within the Ground is strictly forbidden.

6. Persons may not enter the Ground if intoxicated by alcohol or other substances. Anyone found to be in such a state after entry to the Ground is liable to ejection.

7. Only persons specifically authorised by the Club management Committee are permitted to offer for sale or distribute within the Ground any publication or ballot, or to collect money.

8. Any person found damaging or defacing property of the Club will be ejected from the Ground and may be prosecuted.

9. In the event of a match being abandoned, any refund of the admission charge will be at the sole discretion of the Club Management Committee.

10. The Club reserves the right for its servants and agents, and for Police Officers, to remove from this Ground any person who does not comply with Ground Regulations, or whose presence in the Ground is, or could reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to other spectators.

11. Failure to comply with these regulations may lead to banning from the Ground.

12.  Any person failing to comply with instructions from a Steward, Police Officer or other authorised agent of the Club will be ejected from the Ground.

13.  All persons entering the Ground are admitted subject to the above Ground Regulations. Entry to the Ground shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of these Regulations.
