Striker signed from Chimney Corner in the close season. Was at Dixon Park previously but in a very different role, as youth team goalkeeper, and he made a couple of appearances for the first team, one in the club's last match in the senior ranks when back on loan from Crusaders. He had spells at Grange Rangers and Crusaders. The highlight of his spell at the Crues was keeping a clean sheet in a 45 minute appearance against Premiership side Crystal Palace in a testimonial match at Seaview in 2004. Crystal Palace's two strikers that night were Andy Johnston and Neil Shipperley who had finished the previous season as the top two strikers in the Championship. Whilst at Chimney Corner he fully converted to his current striking role, finishing the 2007/08 season as the club's top scorer.
